Of course the process of buying a home can be overwhelming. Dan was there guiding through all of the steps. He was able to educate on options, and show ways to get rate as low as possible. Dan has been a pleasure to work with. Dan was referred to me by a colleague and I'm glad I contacted him. As a first time buyer I was nervous about the whole process but Dan very easily took the load off of me. He is easily accessible, takes the time to go through all the nitty gritty details, provides very competitive rates and is very accomodative. My wife and I heard nothing but horror stories about first time home buying but Dan made things very easy for us.
