Dan had my back and held my hand all the way along the process. There has definitely been times I was about to give had I not had Dan. He made it feel like a breeze (considering the amount of stress it usually is). Would definitely highly recommend him

Den helped my boyfriend and I to get approved for the house we so badly want it. It was a long way, but thanks to Den we got it. He is very unique person and knows how to deal with all kind of situations. I would highly recommend Den Benigno if you plan to get a house. Ben will guide you through the entire process holding your back all the way.

This was me and my fiancés first home and Dan made the process smooth and stress free. He was absolutely amazing to work with through the whole buying/mortgage process. It isnt often you come across a person who takes a genuine interest in you and your family. Who is good. To the core. One who wants the best for you and wont stop until it is acheived. We hear it promised all of the time , but my husband and I witnessed it firsthand with Dan. Dan always kept us in the loop and answered every question we had immediately. He was flexible and was willing to call us at a moments notice if we needed something explained. We couldn't have gotten through this process without him!

Just bought my second home and used the services from Dan at Interstate for the home mortgage. I was referred to him by my real estate agent who I just recently met. So Dan was a complete stranger. Dan worked harder than anyone I've ever dealt with to get all my paperwork together for the loan. Everything was upfront from the beginning and he was always available at every hour to answer my questions

Dan was fantastic! This was my first home purchase and Dan made the process so much easier and smottber then I thought it would be. He is not in your face and will not push anything onto you that you may not like or not be able to afford. He was extremley patient and was available when needed to answer any question. If there was something he had no answer for he would go out of his way to get the answer. From start to finish - Dan did an excellent job in getting my loan closed as quickly as I needed! I was on a tight deadline moving from an apartment and into my new home - My lease was ending and I needed to make sure that my family and I wouldn't end up paying additional expenses at a hotel while waiting for the banks decision. Thankfully - Dan had my loan approved in 4 weeks flat! We closed in perfect timing of my lease ending :) thank you for all of your hard work! I highly recommend Dan
