I worked with Dan on my initial mortgage for my house and was very please with his service so it was a no brainer to use him to refinance for a better interest rate. Dan was so easy to talk to and work with. Even when we thought it was a silly question he made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions and guided us to the next step. Dan walked us thru all the paperwork and explained everything in and out and what we could expect next. He was also able to get us a low rate and low cost, then in the end he came back with an even lower number than expected.
