I just bought my first house and I did a ton of research before buying but even with all my research I still had questions. Dan was referred to me as my mortgage broker and I started talking to him and he was amazing. If I had any question at all I just gave Dan a call, text or email and he answered me back almost anytime of day including weekends. Dan made my home buying process very easy and made my wife and I feel much more relaxed.

I was pre-approved with another lender & found Dan through a referral. I was impressed by Dan’s knowledge & his prompt response to my questions throughout the entire loan process. Dan communicated with my attorney & brokers to help facilitate the loan process. We made offers on our home on April 13 & closed on June 21. Dan’s guidance was key to this transaction. The fees were higher than I anticipated. I didn’t anticipate pre-payment of taxes & Insurance in NY! Thank you Dan for making this happen!!
