This can be a stressful process but working with Dan put a lot of my stress at ease. I had a lot of questions thoughout the process and Dan always took the time to answer me in detail and in the lauguage that I understood so I wasn’t lost throughout the process. It is always a pleasure dealing with Dan. I truly recommend him for financial needs.

Oh how wonderful it was to work with Dan! Dan was so helpful from the start. He displayed this welcoming, funny, and charismatic personality. I remember us being on the phone for the very first time and Dan explaining the entire process. Dan is an extremely knowledgeable and sharp mortgage broker. His expertise with the myriad of mortgage products is key to the needs of his clients and their mortgage process. Dan worked with us on the purchase of our new home after we sold two of our homes, one our residence and the other a rental property. I just bought my first house and I did a ton of research before buying but even with all my research I still had questions. Dan was referred to me as my mortgage broker and I started talking to him and he was amazing. If I had any question at all I just gave Dan a call, text or email and he answered me back almost anytime of day including weekends. Dan made my home buying process very easy and made my wife and I feel much more relaxed.

I was pre-approved with another lender & found Dan through a referral. I was impressed by Dan’s knowledge & his prompt response to my questions throughout the entire loan process. Dan communicated with my attorney & brokers to help facilitate the loan process. We made offers on our home on April 13 & closed on June 21. Dan’s guidance was key to this transaction. The fees were higher than I anticipated. I didn’t anticipate pre-payment of taxes & Insurance in NY! Thank you Dan for making this happen!!

Dan was absolutely amazing to work with. As first time home buyers, this was all very new to us. He was able to explain everything in detail and walk us through every step of the process. He was available at anytime to answer any and all questions we had. The whole process was done extremely quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend working with him.

As i first time home buyer i was a bit nervous. I had no idea what i was doing! Dan guided me through the entire loan process. Any questions i had were answered and explained in great detail.
