Dan and his entire team made my mortgage and house purchase process so easy for me. With my previous purchase I had used a credit union, and had nothing but headaches up to and through the closing, and then for a long time afterwards. Dan was informative, always in the loop, prompt to respond anytime I needed him or his team, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

My husband and I used Dan when we were downsizing to a new home. We spoke to two other lenders before meeting Dan and after speaking with him the first time our choice was very clear. He was professional and made us very comfortable during the entire process. He explained everything step by step and thoroughly so we were always aware of what was going on. Was a breeze working with Dan and Interstate Mortgage. They made the whole process easy and smooth from the first conversation all the way through the closing. This isn’t our first house, but it was our first working with Interstate and Dan. Could not recommend them more. He/his company and coworkers treat you like family and work to make sure your mortgage and closing are seamless.

My experience with Interstate Home Loan Center was excellent. Dan Benigno did a wonderful job guiding my husband and I (first time homebuyers) through the mortgage process. He was available at any time day or night to answer my questions and put me at ease, and his entire team was very thorough, knowledgement and efficient. We closed in record time and on schedule. Would recommend them to anyone buying a house, especially first time buyers who need someone to educate and help them through the process.
