Anything mortgage related is very complicated to me and confusing. Dan explained everything so I had no issues understanding the process and the reasons behind it. He walked my wife and I though each step and was always available to answer a question of any kind. He also went above and beyond. In such of a mortgage company to lower my interest rate, I ran across several mortgage companies. I called Interstate Home Loan Center, Inc. and stated my reason for calling and right away I was told in these words: "I'm going to connect you to someone I know will be able to help you, his name is Daniel Benigno he has helped a many people". Hands down, Dan was the best person I've ever worked with on a mortgage. From the first call to the last, Dan was very knowledgeable and honest. Dan made my refinance a breeze. He would usually answer the phone by the second ring, even after hours when he had left the office for the day.
